Translate Toolkit 3.20.0¶

This release adds support for SPDX contributor comments and TBX term alternatives, and improves editing of existing translation units.

Add an opt-in SPDX format for contributor comments, preserving historical years and unrelated copyright notices
Markdown and MDX
Preserve translations identical to the source before trying legacy lookup keys, and avoid consuming duplicate translation occurrences
TBX
Expose ordered term alternatives with IDs, administrative status, and scoped notes
Preserve term IDs, metadata, and unrelated XML when editing alternatives
Keep usable terms when another term is deprecated or the selected target language is missing
TBX and TMX
Fall back from bare language codes to default-country variants, such as
entoen-US, when no exact match existsPreserve existing XML language tags when editing matched terms
XML-based formats
Fix copying wrapper children during XML generation
Other¶
Keep store lookup indexes in sync when editing sources, keys, and contexts
Preserve translations, XML metadata, plural keys, and retained YAML and TOML documents when editing existing units
